Re: Gemini V2 UAV Build Thread
should not cause an issue mate, both frequency hop on 2.4ghz so should be ok.
as for the 5.8ghz side make sure you have good channel separation and test it over distance on the ground before you test it in the air to see how bad your interference may be.

Re: A brown out problem?
check to see if your sat is flashing after it happens,
did not hear re initialising tones so not a fc reboot, could be a load issue on the regulator

Thanks Guys, yeah good collision, I went down cos mine was a 1/3rd the weight of his, but I also hit him underneath which resulted in a broken prop for me.....
yeah is surprising how many times that happens in our club, mid airs that is.

Bit of track practice
Got to have a good outing last evening, first time I've been on a course in 2018 and flying a 3" quad while everybody else was flying a 5" rig was fun, kept up decently. great night was had and much folly and banter exchanged, but here's a quick video of the last run I did, video is courte...

Re: Amp draw in different wires
Household wire is usually copper core, not sure what core is in the silicone though but its a lot more flexible than copper, personally id go with the silicone stuff I recon it would be more able to deal with the thermal load.

Turned to the dark side
As the title I've gone and done it, could not resist the lure of the dark side any more,
I bought a DJI Mavic pro fly more combo off a friend in work, at a good discount I must add, hence resistance was futile, guess I need to fly it now lol.

Re: Possessed FC?
Dog you know that fc has battery in direct, and can handle up to 6s on the battery pads, you can then use current and battery monitoring, I think its the fact your trying to pull to much Ma from the pdb bec to run the fc that's causing you an issue, feed battery straight in to it and the fc has its ...

Re: Problems with flashing :)
Bit Late to this thread but most newer FC's need to be in DFU mode for flashing these days, 2 ways to put in DFU mode, Push bootloader button or pads while connecting. Or connect FC go into cli and type DFU then save, then disconnect and go into flash screen and it should show in DFU mode up in the ...

Re: Getting to hot, maybe?
I used to have 2206 2300 cobra running off a 20a 4in1 in my FSGX so I don't think you'll have any issue on the 2600kv xnova in the 180 personally I never had a good feel for my 180 as compared to any of the 5" frames. The Xnova quad motors defo deserve more praise and use than what they have ha...
