I think what I am about to say is going to shock us all. With all the stress lately; there is more than just my dad, oh and he has a decent prognosis. No stroke but had a case of vertigo. Might I digress, I have been sitting on my paypal account now for a few months, I also got some holiday cash sitting in my wallet, back pocket not paypal. With all this combined this is now on the way:

Now I need to deposit my holiday money. I was shocked that paypal allows split payments. I was really concerned that they would not do it but to my surprise they do. In a few months I should have some servos since they ship from China.

Very cool, Matthias! Looks like a good price! I bought my 3 DS430m servos for $65 for my 450 and I thought that was pretty fair.

If I am not mistaken this is the guy the Jessie used when he got his. Jessie also got the break away servo arms from this guy. I will check though.
Just did a few page jumps on his reviews, he seems legit. Over 127 pages of reviews, that's to many to look at right now.

It works out to about $22 a servo and these are ranging from $25 to $35 USD. I was forecasted Jan 28 for delivery. Right now the weather is not good for flying so I am not to concerned right now. Just as long as I can fly this summer.

I think one might get opened up on video. Would love to see how the wires are soldered in. I would like to shorten the wires if possible.

Right now I have bigger things I will want/need. I would prefer to crimp since it dies not mess with the circuit board.

According to usps the package left Chicago on the 27 in transit to destination. I won't know when it will arrive until it hits Cleveland. I hope by the weeks end because I am on long break starting on Friday.

You will like those servos they are strong and gears are relatively cheap.
I buy my KST stuff from here

I didn't open my 215s but if they are like the 515s then it wont be easy to work on them the circuit board seems to be glued in place. When I cut my wires I just chopped them shortened then added heat shrink. If you put the wire sheathing over your wires then you don't even notice it.

No I don't use that. Savox makes their cases so nothing can be slid apart so shortening at the circuit board almost did not happen. Will see his they look in a few days.

My servos made it to Cleveland tonight. I think they got in just in time to make the night PO deliveries which means I could have them tomorrow.

I got mine today HEHE But have to wait on my servo horns to get here now
Cant wait for you to get them put on and get that bird ready for some flying its been way to long Buddy
Are you going to run them off the Bec in the esc or are you going to go with a external bec
The sevos like 6 + volts

off the external bec. i cant increase the voltage because of the tail servo. My bec is maxed for the tail at the moment. Its been a long time coming and the weather is cold I scratched a car tonight with my nipples. Freaking single digits and almost no wind. If we get some temps closer to 40 I might try and fly.
Just checked the weather no flying for the next 10 days.
