Agile fun

I had the best flights with the Agile 5.5 this afternoon. Lovely day so went back to the top of Betws Mountain just above the
house. Nothing fancy, no 3D but so, so enjoyable. Take the heli to the left couple of slow piros on the way. Then up to about
60 feet back across the front of me at speed just low enough to get the skids in the long grass. Floor the throttle up, up until
the nerves wouldn't take it any more. Stall turn then back down to do the same the other side. It was 5 minutes of magic.
I only have one 6s battery at the minute so it was back home in the car for a charge then out again. What can I say but
Great.

Good to hear you and the Agile are getting along. Those moments are just pure pleasure - I know exactly what you're talking about.

Yes, time to spend a little money because my diesel bill for the car is mounting by the day running up and down the mountain to recharge lol

For electric birds... The generator was my best investment by far! It lets u stay put & keep fly'n back to back... In comparison to what we spend on these birds, packs, transmitters, etc.... It's not overly expensive.. A wide range of prices & capabilities... Making it affordable in my opinion. If one plans to stay in 3-4s packs it can be bought very cheap.. Little more kick required to fill up 6s packs... Anyhow.. I recommend it.. With 4 to 5 packs, u can cook packs all day without hardly waiting.. Fly one, charge one... Look into it!

Thanks for the info cml001 I will have a look at that. I have been having an sight problem lately so I'm off to see a specialist soon.
I just hope it's not what I fear. It all depends on what they find before I start to spend any more cash. Cheers
