Pelican Case Foam?

Looking at making a case for my 250 and have checked a few sites for foam. Most seem very expensive for what it is:( Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to buy it in the uk?

I plan on making a case for my Dart 250 (once its all assembled, lol) and I was thinking about using that spray "expand-a-foam", cutting out where the 250 would go, and then covering it with a cloth of some kind.

Hey guys, if you're looking for foam try your Home improvement stores like Home Depot, Lowes, Ace ect. They might have something you can use in the AC/HAV aisle. Derek, on that spray foam you are planning to use Make sure that it's NON expanding foam. Trust me, it will expand but the expanding foam will expand like crazie. Just a couple of ideas. Not sure if this will help you gentlemen out.

Hey KevG, that the same stuff that i got at the home improvement store "Lowes by me" and i bet the price is right! I'm not sure what kind of home improvement stores are in the UK but any of them should be cheaper then ordering on line. I'm just guessing.
