You show us a video and hopefully we can tell you what to adjust.
Mostly it will be roll and pitch PIDs, normally P first, then I when P is close, then a bit of D to finish it off.
The more you fly and adjust, the more you will understand which setting does what.
You will see the rest of us are rarely fully happy with what we have although they fly really well.
For me, it is all about near perfect video as well as the way it flies.
I keep one profile that is flying well then tweak the others to see if it improves.
If it does that gets transferred to my "good" profile and on it goes.
