Well it's that time of the year,

It's all about a lifestyle change Kev, and you have taken the first steps (literally).
Exercise is something most of us don't get enough of and if you combine that with a gradual change of diet, it has to have positive effects.
I was lucky until I was well in to my 40s, I could eat anything and not gain an ounce.
Unfortunately 40 years of bad habit is hard to shake and I slowly started gaining weight.
I now am a lot more careful about what goes in to my mouth and when.
It all pays in the end, good luck mate.

Well it's been a good week guys, I feel a lot better with how this is going and not struggling to much either, keeping away from all the temptations in work with the biscuits and stuff has been hardest though.

Anyway this weeks number.

-3.8lbs meaning I am now down to 17st 9.2lbs
