RC-Hangout

Got an early morning test flight of my Fossil, which went excellent, but still got FPV gear to add to it.

I then had some work to do in the garden, and thats when it all went to cock:(

I was using a chainsaw to cut large sections for a border on a path, which went well. Put a string line up for the height.Placed and leveled the first bit.

Placed the second section in, got my hammer out, then proceeded to hit the tip of my middle finger with the hammer full force:(

Not been to hospital yet, but pretty sure its broke:(
Loads of ice, strapped all the fingers together with strapal tape i use when rock climbing, two pain killers and now in bed.

Hope all is well tomorrow:) No mountain biking tomorrow, no quad building tonight, and no flying:(

Ouch!!!!

Just woke up from a pain killer tablet induced sleep:) Out for about 12 hours. Had a great sleep and the finger feels better but still numb.
But a lot better than it was yesterday:)LOL

I hate that crap. Your minding your own business and out from no where your hammer wants to start some stuff with you. Have many fingers at the mercy of the hammer.

I sympathise.
I did that many years ago with my thumb.
I was knocking out a lower ball joint on an old Vauxhall.
Was holding the brake drum out of the way with my thumb on top, I hit it square on top with quite a big hammer.
It didn't break anything but the force caused a split down the side of my thumb.

Ouch ouch ouch
