New year new me.

Well I had a stressful 2015, and 2016 I wanted to start sorting some of my issues out, most of them issues were in the cavity between my ears and tbh I think I needed a bit of a prod to get me moving in the right direction,

the mind is a strange thing, while my love and interest in this great hobby has not waivered my interest in myself and other things was suffering, work and health being the big trade off's, stress from both was getting pretty intense and this was pushing me in a big way,

But 2016 came and I needed to make a decision, and a few conversations and I had some focus back, helping others, and in a way to help myself,

Health wise I'm getting there attitude mood and stress I'm getting under control and I hav lost 1.5 stone or 21lbs or 10kg wherever you are, and feeling a lot better for it,

Looking forward to my hols in the next few months and my outlook is a bit more rosey,

That's really good, Kevin! 21lbs is fantastic! Just try to keep your chin up, stay positive, and take care of yourself

Thanks guys, getting there and got to remember to concentrate on myself and my family and not get involved in stuff I don't need to,

Waiting on two new builds and one I hope will help me learn to let my wallet fear for breakages go, still debating getting rid of my 500 and maybe my qav400 as well, seen as I fly my small quads most of the time, we will see.......

Keep your chin up mate, sometimes you have to be a bit selfish to keep your sanity. Well done with the weight loss to thats a massive amount.

Thanks Dan,

Feel a lot better this year and I recon a big part of that is the fact of realising I'm never going to please everybody,

So this year was more about doing stuff to please me,

21lbs towards a 33lb goal, before I go on hols, then maybe 7 more after I get back, aiming to get to 210 lbs and stay there, I'm done with 250lbs +
