For those of you who are not aware HK have been having problems with the new update on their website. Here is a snip of a live chat I had 
Yeah, their new site format really sucks! I've been a huge fan of HK and their user friendly website and now it's not as easy to navigate. There use to be a tab that I could click on that would allow me to search a particular warehouse (usually the closest to me, USA East). Now, there's no tab and no way to search a particular warehouse. It's quite a hassle to scroll through each and every option and then look to see if the searched item is available in my warehouse.
I sure hope they fix this.
