My New Laptop Can't Find The Hangout

I've recently bought a new HP laptop. I was going through all my favorite websites, which definitely includes The Hangout, and I've been saving homepages to my Favorites Bar. However, when I type in the URL for The Hangout, I get a white page that looks like the beginnings of a website and there is a log in button for Admins Only. It's very odd because I can get on my desktop PC and click the button, on my Fav's Bar, and BOOM...The Hangout loads up.
Any idea as to why I can't get The Hangout on my laptop?

My phone does that on occasion.. I rest refresh and it loads.. don't know why.

Put /forum after the url, should fix it. I need to check on the redirects. I'm using the account to host another website and had to change things up a while back. Might have screwed something up.

Thanks Paul! Adding /forum has gotten me to The Hangout on my laptop. I appreciate it!!!
