That's really fantastic, Tony! You're gonna love FPV!! I imagine hanging out with Lee will be a great time!!!

I'm going to have to wait until next Spring/Summer but Ken and I have plans of getting together and flying together, from time to time. I think he lives about an hour away from me, maybe a bit more, but he's a good guy and I'm looking forward to it.

Yes Dan, I'll be seeing Lee, I'm sure he will set this fpv system up for me as we plan on racing each other... Haha, lots of fun I'm sure, I'll get the mrs to video us, and Celia if she's free... Really looking forward to it.. And Lee said I can have a go of his gobby, I'll be tethered to his TX like for safety sake...haha..

An hour Derek... Nothing mate, going to take us 3 days to get to Lees. Haha

It was a pleasure to help Tony.
It was fun to buy toys, even if it wasn't for me LOL :D

I'd just like to tell you all what happened last week.
As Tony has told you I have been buying parts for his new quad and building it for him.
Well, last week we decided to buy the batteries. Zippy compact 1500mah just like mine.
Tony was asking about a Mobius camera and prices here in Spain. I said he was better to get it from HK with the batteries we ordered.
I was shocked when Tony said the Mobius was not for him, but for me as a thank you for helping him with the quad. :o :o :o

So now I'm the proud owner of a Mobius camera, that i did my first video on the quad today.

I would like to thank Tony very much for my early Christmas present. Look forward to some FPV and Heli fun over Christmas when you are here.
Lets pray the weather is good LOL :D

Video stalled at 5 seconds to go GRRRR!!!!
What video format do you have yours set to?
Maybe the default doesn't work as a direct upload to YT.

Lee for a quick upload from my Mobius I use http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dv ... IIvvzHQpQs
to cut out the bits I don't want.
Then I compress it with this before I upload it. http://www.h264encoder.com/
I always compress to full high definition which still reduces video size quite a bit.
These 2 programs are freeware so when you install them look out for the extras they try try to install.
If you want full editing with effects you need something better.
I use Edius 7 for that.

Lol, I edited my post but forgot to save it.
Congrats on the new gear Tony, I am sure you will love it.
Them skyzone goggles are great, I am thinking about upgrading from my fatshark predators and they are what I have my sights on.
FPV has become a bit of an addiction for me, I get really annoyed when it's so windy I can't have at least one flight every day.
I hope Lee is going to dial that thing down a little before he gives it to you.
First FPV flight need to be quite tame I reckon.
As tempting as it is to fly self level, I suggest only doing it for the first few flights, then switching to acro.
Otherwise it becomes so hard to change later, I know, I am trying now.
Flight video can be so much smoother in acro, the quad becomes much more fluid in motion.
Or it can be really crazy if that's the way you want it. :)
