Saw Cozy with Rainbow in the 80,s he was my favourite drummer then:) Love Van Halen:) Grew up as a Heavy Metal fan:) but love and appreciate all music:)

Best EVER X-mas present i got , was to go to the Liquid Rooms in Edinburgh to a drum clinic with Ian Paice:) i brought Made in Japan album with me, and met him face to face, and for those that know the album, he signed it by his picture in the middle as you open the album:)
But the best bit before that was in the Q&A session someone asked what his favourite album of all time was and that was it:)

I loved cozy in those days, and ginger baker, another great drummer. And you met Ian eh... Brilliant.. I love banging away on the drums, my kit not up to much but it does me...

Mine is from 1982 and past it:( But i have lovely snares, Chad Smith signature series brass shell, picollo, and pipe band snare:)

I'm a big fan of Dream Theater. They recently changed drummers after Mike Portnoy parted ways with the band. The new drummer, Mike Mangini, has been around a long time, but he's really able to shine now being in such a technically oriented band. The man is a monster on the set.
