Hey guys, missed you all...lol
Haven't been online for a few days due to mrs being ill. And too much work on yesterday. Anyway... "IM BACK"
Went to Manchester on Friday to get another car, but that was a con, guy at garage said my shogun was leaking gas and wanted to knock £1000 off my asking price... Bloody liar...
Anyway, on Saturday I went to see an X-Type Jaguar, done a deal with him and now we are the proud owners of this.....

Everything in it is electric, heated seats, electric seats, air con, climate control, cruise control, it has it all.. All leather seats. So it's as comfy as the shogun was...
I'll go checking all the posts I've missed now. I don't have anything to fly at moment, but hopefully get my quad back soon from Lee. Then I can do some solo fpv flying....
Thanks to Dan and Graham for there personal messages of concern. Appreciate that guys..

I hope you and the Mrs are doing well and are back to good health. It's never a good time being under the weather.
Although the Jag's are not my style of car, that one sure does look nice. Very cool, Tony!

Thanks Derek, yeah she's picking up ok... Well you guys over the pond have much bigger cars to choose from...lol, if I had my own way I'd have a mustang, or corvette... Owning a hefty V8 muscle car here would prove far too expensive in fuel costs alone... Lol. You can buy them here but need a lottery win to run them...

A mustang or corvette would be nice to have but in all honesty, Tony....I wouldn't want a mustang or corvette because the roads here absolutely suck!! The roads here have bumps, humps, dips, cracks, holes, etc, etc. I have two SUV's (a '99 GMC Jimmy 4x4 and a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer 4x4) and my wife and I just bought a 2003 Ford Windstar mini van. I like the larger vehicles so that I can load them up when I got flying, lol. Especially since several of my newer projects are quite sizable, lol

Our roads are getting bad too Derek, the cold weather isn't helping either, nor is the bloody government giving council cash to repair them...some nice big motors there Derek...

Sometimes I miss having a car.. Miss my RX-7.. But I'm kinda like Derek.. LOVE my truck.. Even more than my previous SUV. There is however alot to be said about a nice car such as that Jag..

Nice car, I wish I could afford one for the wife. That is her dream brand of car. My dream car would be an Audi. Maybe the Audi R8, yeah the R8 would be the car.

im more of a "truck" guy but if I were to get an expensive car, it would definitely be an Audi. There are two that I really like. I can't remember what the model name is but it's a gorgeous car.

Yes definitely the R8 URI, lol. But the jag will do for now... I've just joined the uk jag forum and there's so many things this car does you wouldn't even dream of, some simple but effective things. Just love it... Lol

Isn't the modern Jag just a rebodied Mondeo now.

The x type has around 18% of mondeo parts! but jaguar added there touch to it. The difference between them both now is like comparing a ford KA with a rolls Royce..

I have a friend owns the Audi R8 V10. Awesome car. If I was wealthy, i'd have one.
If I was filthy rich, I'd have this.
A Pagani Zonda Cinque Roadster
Or the new Maclaren P1.
