RC-Hangout

I've been doing some researching, online, today. A lot of researching! I have so much "rc related" stuff that I'd like to accomplish this year. I've been researching parts, processing, building, and cost. I've been writing down notes about various details and I've been quite happy with all that I've found. Then it happens...

My laptop shuts off. With no warning, it shuts off. That's odd! I press the "power" button...the laptop turns on and starts to load. I get prompted to run a system restore. Fair enough...maybe something is wrong. Then the laptop shuts off again. I am clueless. I turn it on....it begins to load and then shuts off. Grrr....now I'm starting to think that I "need" to replace this laptop instead of just "wanting" to replace this laptop. Hmmmm.........what to do? what to do?

Then it hits me....I've been on the laptop for hours. Lets try plugging in the charge cable, lol. Poof and presto...the laptop is working again. I check the battery gauge on the toolbar and it says "Charging 5%". Ha ha ha....whew! The laptop is ok and it's already at 26% charged.

Note to self: be sure to charge the darn thing if you want to keep using it, lol

LOL We all have those moments, I admit I have looked very silly trying to plug a socket into an air hose coupler instead of the air gun and had to look down at my hands to figure out what was wrong.

Take the back off and vacuum it see if that sorts it. Sounds like thermal shutdown. Its normally just dust derek
