				I checked that out the other day Graham from another forum... Looks good, £45 worth it really.... I'm busy designing my own using 433 TX/RX setup. It won't be connected to quads lipo either...

				I wounded how inpractical it would be to make that with arduino.  Have a transponder on the craft and an arduino with the pilot.  It would be a little costly but give you a chance to tinker.

				Well I've just received my TX/RX modules, I'm going to use a small micro on both, few lines of code will give a good system. Capable of around 200ft. Very loud piezo on receiver.. I'll do a test video when I've finished it... The TX/RX cost me <£2.00 off ebay

				There is also this guy 
http://www.bigredbee.com who makes locating beacons. He does this as a side buisness. I work with him in the real world. He is into rockets and they need to be located after launch.
