Still waiting on the order to arrive... Moling over what I'm gonna do in my mind tho... ?... These RCX 12amp ESCs.. When I wire them up do I need to remove 3 of the 4 power leads going to the controller? Is it beneficial to use a sat only as opposed to a full reciever?

I've seen a couple of videos where people are using just the DSMX satellite instead of the full rx. I'm sure there is a slight weight benefit from using just the satellite and I'm sure there are much fewer wires, so I imagine the quad is cleaner. I opted to use to 6 channel rx because my Dart 250 was my first quad build and I wanted to keep it as simple, for me, as possible.

If you use only a sat you have to run the power off the 3.3v pad not from the breakout pins as that is 5v
