WOW! That would piss me off to have all that crap on the screen. It's probably an add-on or something that needs to be uninstalled.

Yeah there will be an addon or extension making it happen.
Or maybe some malware.
Easy fix, use Google chrome.
You will have to get it to use the naze configurators.

I don't want to format my drive really, too much work stuff on it. I've just discovered it's malware, called "Rockettab". Found a YT vid so I'll follow that see if it works...

That is Google chrome Stambo...has my Cleanflight app on it..

Yep it pees me off Derek...lol

Cool. One added benefit, when watching tv catch up channels like 4OD or ITV player, it cuts out the ads :)

I normally run ad block plus and stop script (or its called no script). Stop script is a plug in that can be toggled on and off. Some sites like YouTube needs scripts so you turn it off and when you surf other sites turn it on.

For mal ware I use malware bites. Seems to work well. Once I get my PI2 setup the way I want it then that will be my main web surfing device.

Hope it works for you. Good luck in stopping the ads. Also go through add remove programs and look for stuff you didn't install personally. So download apps will have search bars install that also create pop up ads. I will clean up my programs every once in a while. This helps keep things in check.

If you have trouble cleaning it up let us know. You can also try Malwarebytes to try cleaning it. Lastly, check your "hosts" file to make sure there aren't any bad entries in there. Not sure how but some malware manages to add/modify the localhost entry to point at some other ip address which can cause this stuff to occur to through a redirect.

Thanks URI and Paul, I'll see how this blocker works. It's only just started this in the past week or so... I've installed a few usb drivers since then and cleanflight app...
