Got tge replacement. Blades in today and they are worse. Than the first set
I have come to face that zeal blades suck !!!!
I have bought cheap Chinese. Blade that look a hundred times better than these junk Zeal blades
Even the 32tmm i got aren't. Even close on the balance
So buy these. Junk blades at your own risk

Now to to talk to Rail blades and see if they will make a set of 260mm

Last picture besides the finish the brass insert is not centered in the blade it hangs out one side

Not the replacement set. Whith that insert not installed right and the way the root look .
I have a feeling it will fly apart at almost 4000 rpms. Im not risking it the oxy cost tomuch and for safty
Lucu from oxy said i need to get with zeal on them now .
I have emailed them twice with no reply also have pmed kyle one of the main zeal guys. And have not got a reply from him
Yet. I will say this i will not buy anymore zeal blade
I will have to find some 250mm. Blades . or hope my email to Matt at Rail blades pays off and get them to make some 260mm blades

That is super suckage. Not a good way to make good PR. Zeal and the oxy brand are to new to be like this. I can see if it were Align or Gaui only because they have strength in the market but Zeal and Oxy, come on man.

Well it got me a pm from someone in in Zeals CS and they gave me another email to contact them with
Funny thing is I thought zeal blades were made in the US but they said they would send me a set from the ASIA plant
Asked if they could just send me the energy blades because the black and white ones are crap

Well got the ones in from Zeal and they are still very poor Quality
They even sent me a set of 325 one off Energy blades to replace my red 325 that are not balanced for crap
They also are poor Quality and dont balance for crap paint lines all jagged like the pulled the tape off before the paint was dry

I WILL NEVER BUY ZEAL BLADES AGAIN THEY ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND WAY OVER PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET
I have bought cheap HK blades that look 10 times better than Zeals do

Hey superbad, have you looked into the RJX brand. They have 325 blades but no 250 blades. Just a thought.

I will be doing some FBL unit swapping on the Oxy 3
I bought a Micro IKON to put on it and move the full size IKON to one of the other birds most likely the 550

I got the Micro IKON in the mail today and mad this thing is tiny
The plan is to save the settings from the main Ikon and then Just load that into the Micro Ikon

It should be all the same the only thing I see that is not is it can only run 1 sat RX other than that it has everything else
will start on the swap some time this week end
Thinking of shorting all the servo leads down to the JST plugs . As small as the Oxy is I have miles of leads coming off the servos

If u don't want to do that.. Fold the wire & heat shrink it... I have pics of how I do it in the Synergy N5C build thread.. It'll allow for u to keep the length should u want it later.. And a hell of a lot quicker/easier than cutting & crimping. Don't crease the wire tho..
