I've got wind :)

Post by Lee »

Will it ever stop???
Yesterday it dropped just long enough for me to get excited.
Charged my batteries, and as soon as they were ready, back came the wind :(

Its been hit or miss here also. Yesterday would have been a great flying day along with today.

Today was windy, but Sunday was beautiful. Got sunburn after spending 3 or so hours at the club. :)

Looks like its dropping today.
We have a 5 day window of lighter winds, before it comes back again.

Get your self a 6 foot slope soarer Lee. Great fun and keeps the old grey cells on their toes lol. Just the job for those windy days and they are cheap
and easy to bulid.

Sounds like the only drawback of living on that coast Lee, but it is beautiful there....

Its beautiful and calm today. Yesterday was the same. Got a few flights on the Warp, dialling in the Ikon.
Cyclic gain up to 33 now, and shes locked in. Just need to get the tail perfect.
