So the other... Hell.. Last week I guess it was.. I spent the day at the park with the family.. Kite fly'n, picnic, etc.. Then went straight to the field and flew a several hours... Spent the entire day out in the sun on a beautiful day.. I had forgot to put my hat back in my truck so all I had were my sunglasses... BURNT! So I figured it was time for me to get a canopy... One of those 10'x10' things.. Couldn't find one for a reasonable price... $150 & up everywhere I looked.. Sucks cause we could use it at the lake camping, ball field.. Flying field.. Whatever.. So..couldn't find one that looked sturdy enough at a good price... Today while going to get my 3yr old his TBall bat & helmet(1st practice today) @ Dicks.. I found this for $49.! May go get a second just for cause! This was a good buy as we as a family can use it for lots of different events/outings.. No more baking at the field getting sun burnt for me.. Even stocked the truck with sunscreen! SCORE!

Thank you cml001. Man I've been looking also and the prices are outrages. I bought one from Walmart and you can bet it's going back after seeing Dick's canopy. I just finished ordering one on line for $59.00. Thanks!

I've been looking for a canopy, too! Prices are unreal! I did see that Harbor Freight (discount tool store) has a blue 10x10 canopy for $46. I just haven't gone to get it yet. I'm gonna check my local Dick's store, first, because I like the red. Harbor Freight only has blue. I've got nothing against blue, I just liked the look of that red one.

I order mine online from Dick's and with Tax and shipping it all came out to be $63.00 From all the colors they had i went with purple to be different. Should be here for next weekend flying session i hope. Thanks cml001 for sharing your find. You help me save some money.
