Twin engine gasser flight by a club member

Post by pvolcko »

HEre's some vid of a club member flying another one of his great models (he's seemingly has an unending supply of these), this one a twin engine gasser. Not sure what kind of plane it is, but it I like it. :) Reminds me of the commuter plane from the tv series "Wings".

Anyway his first flight almost ended in disaster with a too high approach on the runway leading to it almost ending up in the trees. But the second flight went great and the landing was spot on. I put a clip of the first landing at the end, you know, for comparison's sake. :)

Thought he was going into the trees. I would have bailed and come back around. :-)
